Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to InfoJolt's anonymous chat and signed-in free-account service. The service is operated by Coppice Labs Ltd. It is not intended for users under 16.
Using InfoJolt
InfoJolt helps you practise questioning AI responses. You must use the service lawfully, keep account credentials secure, and avoid submitting content you do not have the right to use.
AI Output Limits
AI responses and scoring feedback may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsupported, or unsuitable for your situation. Do not rely on InfoJolt for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, employment, immigration, or other high-stakes decisions. Seek a qualified professional where appropriate.
User Content
You keep your rights in content you submit. You give InfoJolt the rights needed to process that content to run the service, provide responses and feedback, maintain account history, apply limits, and handle support and legal requests.
Free Accounts And Service Changes
Free usage is limited. Model availability, provider routing, limits, and features may change. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that any particular model will remain available.
Trace Sharing
Anonymous and signed-in free users choose either full trace sharing with higher free limits or redacted traces with lower but usable limits. This choice is separate from accepting these terms and can be changed through product controls.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that may apply where you live.
